Mr. Bell is a U.S Army Veteran with 18 years of service, and over 15 years of field experience in construction and consulting. As a former NATO Engineering officer for the Army Reserves, Mr. Bell served one tour of duty in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), and is now a Service Connected Disabled Veteran. He is a member of a Facility Engineer Detachment Unit (FED) with the job of traveling both throughout the country and around the world in support of U.S Military infrastructure and engineering construction projects in any capacity needed (i.e. base master planning consulting, project/program management, QC or construction inspections). Mr. Bell oversaw the construction of entire bases including Hospitals, Airstrips, Water & Sewer plants.
Mr. Bell has also worked as a Sr. Plans Examiner, Sr. Building/Code Inspector and Sr. Green Building Inspector for the City of Dallas helping to implement the city’s first phase LEED/Green initiative program. As the Director of International Projects, Mr. Bell brings forth years of experience in both inspecting and managing a multitude of construction projects including work on Hospitals, Airports, Water Plants, Wastewater Plants, Commercial High-rises for both office use and residential living, college campuses including Classroom Buildings and Underground Utilities.
